Will Motorist Ally get the manufacturer to buy back my vehicle?+
No. We don't promise or pursue buybacks or provide legal representation. We provide practical automotive-process guidance and organise the factual case file for your own use or for a lawyer you choose to consult.
Can you make the dealership provide a loan car?+
No. A courtesy vehicle isn't automatically guaranteed for every warranty repair. We can document your loan-car requests, vehicle downtime and receipts so you can raise the matter with the dealership or obtain legal advice where appropriate.
Will you contact the dealership for me?+
The standard package provides guidance and communication drafts for you to send. Direct dealership liaison is not included; any such arrangement requires separate written authorisation and a defined quotation.
What happens if I need a solicitor?+
You may export the dated chronology and organised documents we have prepared. They can help a solicitor review the circumstances, but they do not replace legal advice or establish that a particular remedy is available.
Does my manufacturer's warranty replace consumer guarantees?+
No. Australian Consumer Law rights may apply in addition to a manufacturer's warranty. The precise rights and available remedies depend on the facts; a qualified legal adviser or consumer agency can assist with legal questions.
Will I need to send all my documents through the website?+
No. The initial web form accepts a single optional attachment of up to 8 MB. Please leave unnecessary personal information out of your first enquiry. If your case is accepted, we'll agree how and where to provide further records before you share them.
Is ongoing support automatic?+
No. Each optional $199 support period runs for 30 days and has a defined document, draft and consultation allowance. No automatic renewal is included. Any additional work requires your approval and a separate quote.
